Aosta Valley traditional handicraft shops
Historically the craftsmen of the Aosta Valley used the word ‘l’Artisanà’ to refer to the shop in the centre of Aosta where, following the Sant Orso Fair and during the rest of the year, their produce was taken to be sold.
From the strength of this identity the brand "L'Artisanà" was born for the valorisation of Aosta Valley craftsmanship both from a cultural point of view, to which the MAV - Museum of Aosta Valley Crafts in Fénis belongs - and a commercial one, thanks to the management of the shops , various corners and online sales.
