The circular route "bow to the mountain" is groomed by a snowmobile, but it is recommended to walk it with snowshoes.
Description of the route
The ring route is 1.5 km long for the "family" version, with an extension of 2.5 km for the "wild" version (total 4 km - 2h30). The start and finish are located near Hotel Belvedere in Gimillan, where snowshoes hire is also available. On the route there are motivational and directional signs and a few benches to rest. The route is completely in the sun and enjoys a splendid view over the valley of Cogne and Gran Paradiso.
