The restaurant is located inside the hotel of the same name.
Furnished in typical Valdostano style, the restaurant offers a nice view on the mountains thanks to the large windows inside the room. In addition to the refined flavors of Italian and Provençal cuisine, typical Aosta Valley dishes and many hand-prepared specialties are served: bread, breadsticks, fresh pasta, desserts and ice cream. Don’t miss the mountain herbs sorbet prepared by the Chef.
The cellar is full of carefully selected wines to accompany the dishes and satisfy even the most refined palates.
