How many times have we looked at a plant and asked ourselves if it is edible or if it is useful for our health? Accompanied by an environmental hiking guide passionate about herbs, we will discover their properties and uses in the wonderful setting of the Aosta Valley Alps.

The meadows in spring are always full of charm, the first colors and the scents they give off indicate that winter is now over. Together with an environmental hiking guide we will sharpen our sight and awaken our sense of smell to discover all the secrets that are hidden within everything that we usually simply call "herbs".

Unlike our ancestors, we have somewhat lost contact with nature and sometimes it scares us, sometimes we mythologize it. Even with these excursions aimed at recognizing some plants, we will try to get closer to nature in the correct way, on tiptoe and with respect. Our hiking guide, who grew up picking herbs in the meadows to make tasty dishes, will tell us his grandmother's anecdotes always supported by profound and scientific knowledge.

Walking safely is our priority.

All our guides are registered with AIGAE, the National Association of Environmental Hiking Guides.
