Opening time and fees

Welcome to a wonderful hike in a quiet corner of the Ayas Valley, an itinerary that climbs through larch forests to the alpine meadows, leading to the beautiful basin that contains two bodies of water: the Estoul lakes.

Starting from the Estoul hamlet of Brusson, you will climb on a comfortable path through larch forests that give way to alpine meadows, encountering peat bogs and flowering pastures until reaching the pleasant basin of Estoul where the two magnificent bodies of water reflect the surrounding mountains. The return will be on an ancient Ru at the foot of the Bieteron to the alpine pastures of the Palasinaz basin where the herds graze peacefully. We will visit an alpine pasture where excellent cheeses are produced.

In case of bad weather, the excursion will be canceled.
