Exposed mountain path on the central valley, crossing various villages of the hill above Saint-Vincent and the surrounding area.

Meeting time and place: 9.30 a.m. at the Spa in Saint-Vincent

Length of the excursion: 18 Km. Height difference: 850 metres

Recommended equipment: hiking poles, hiking boots, backpack with some snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, cap.

Time of the hike: 6 hours

Difficulty: E - (for hikers)

Number of participants: minimum 6 persons

For lunch: each participant should take with him his own packed lunch
