The hike takes place in a wild valley, where you can hear the whistles of the marmots and the flight of the eagle. On the border with France the Col du Mont marked the History of Aosta Valley from the 18th century to World War II. From the historical point of view the San Grato’s relics and their long voyage should be mentioned too.

Time of the hike: 2h30 ascent
Hight difference: 711 metres approx.
Difficulty: E – (for hikers)
Number of participants: minimum 5, maximum 8 persons
Recommended clothing and equipment: suitable clothing for hiking, trekking shoes or boots, trail running sneakers. Rucksack with packed lunch, drinks, windproof jacket, sunglasses.
