On January 30th and 31st, don't miss the Street Food Contadino, the official tasting point of the Sant'Orso Fair.

During the two days of the fair, in the external kiosk and inside the covered market of Aosta you will be able to taste dishes prepared with Aosta Valley products from the farms present.

At the market you will find:

• Soup with: pasta, leeks, potatoes, carrots and Fontina cheese
• Pumpkin and potato cream soup with rye bread croutons sautéed in butter
• Polenta and beef morsels with craft beer
• Polenta with fondue
• White yogurt with diced apples and honey
• Crêpes with hazelnut cream

At the kiosk you will find:

• Vegetarian sandwich with savoy cabbage, carrots and yogurt sauce
• Cheeseburger with savoy cabbage and Fontina DOP

Buvette with: Aosta Valley wines, agri-beer, hot and cold apple juice, Genepì liqueur.
