The capital of Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses is the destination of an unforgettable journey into the world of flavors, in which the common thread is the red color of the products being tasted.

To do the honors is the Vallée d'Aoste Jambon de Bosses D.O.P. (one of the four D.O.P. Valdostan), a ham with a compact shape, dark red color and aromatic flavor, always produced with the same unmistakable technique, recovered in strict respect of tradition. The D.O.P. brand certifies the origin and guarantees, through a series of constant checks, the quality of the entire production.

Along the streets of the hamlet of St-Léonard of Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses, visitors are guided red in red to savor the food and wine specialties presented by the local producers' associations: from Aosta Valley delicatessen products to the recipes of our tradition.
