Located at the heart of Gressoney, Castore&Polluce offers good music, excellent dishes and drinks as well as a well-stocked wine cellar. In Tache square in Gressoney-La-Trinité, you can choose among three different environments: the terrace set in the beautiful square, the Castor Room, a typical alpine and young lounge where the bar is located, and the Polluce Room, a cozy and private dining room where the wines are set. A young and refined setting, open from 8.00am until late in the night, where you can enjoy a good espresso with homemade cakes, enjoy modern dishes, prepared with local products, or drink a tailor-made cocktail or a wine selected by a sommelier AIS among 250 labels.
Events organised for the 2023/2024 winter season:
- Tuesday from 10.30 p.m. to 2 a.m.: "Ormone libero" - Tuesday Dance Party. Free admission.
- Wednesday at 5 p.m.: Wine tasting - Tasting of Aosta Valley and Italian wines guided by the AIS sommelier in English. 30 € per person, reservation required.
- Thursday from 4.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Après-ski party - Dance. Drink. Have Fun. Repeat! Free admission.
- Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Italian Sundays - Only Italian music to sing and dance to from aperitif to dinner. Free admission.
All events are suspended during the period 26th December - 7th January.
