La Louye su la goumba is located in the old village of Crest Désot, not far from Pontboset. From here you can enjoy a suggestive panorama and the beauty and tranquillity of this place where time seems to have stood still. For culture lovers, there are a number of nearby attractions that are sure to take your breath away: Issogne castle, the Retempio sanctuary and the church of San Martino. For the more sporty, there are walks to suit all abilities.

Motorway exit at Pont Saint Martin. Continue on the SS26 in the direction of Aosta. Pass the towns of Donnas and Bard, following the signs for the Champorcher Valley. Pass the village of Hône and after 7 km you reach the municipality of Pontboset. Cross the bridge over the Ayasse stream and continue following the signs for Crest. Beware: the road after Pontboset, although paved, is very narrow and climbs in hairpin bends to Crest desot, where there is a small car park.
