Historic house of the year 1600 renovated with care and with attention to the smallest detail, situated in Valtournenche in the locality of Maen. It is made up of 6 rooms with private bathrooms, all furnished in the mountain style and set among precious old larches and exposed stone walls.
In order to maintain its historical characteristics, the house itself has preserved its original structure, and for this reason, one of its peculiar features is that it has small windows, which is perfect for those seeking romanticism and a mountain style.
The large private parking lot belonging to the house is available to customers. The position is favorable for reaching the most beautiful ski slopes of Cervinia, and Torgnon. In summer the trails and the tops of the mountains are close at hand.
Outside, there is a large green area with a gazebo, a double hammock and a table for outdoor dining.

The hospitable and warm structure is equipped with all the comforts and has six large cozy, quiet rooms, sunny and panoramic, furnished in the alpine style. It has a covered garage and a private parking area where the guest can park his/her car for free, and a few steps away there are numerous restaurants where you can taste the specialties of the Aosta Valley.
In the immediate vicinity there are commercial activities, cafes, sporting goods stores, a well-stocked mountain library with an internet point, a modern sports center with a swimming pool, fitness, a gym with an indoor climbing wall.
An excellent buffet breakfast is provided in the main structure, and in off-season, instead, it can be consumed at discounted prices in the adjacent partner cafes.
A convenient ski shuttlebus stops in the immediate vicinity and is available in the winter for free at regular intervals to reach, just under a km away, the departure point of the cable car that leads to the magnificent Breuil-Cervinia-Valtournenche-Zermatt ski area where you can have ago at the 350 km of slopes for all tastes.
Those who do not ski can take wonderful panoramic walks on foot and on snowshoes, taste the specialties of the Aosta Valley in traditional restaurants or spend the day on the playgrounds

The Cervino 2 residence is adjacent to the ski slopes and extends over 3 floors. It includes studios, two-room and three-room apartments with a living room and a kitchenette. It also has a reception, an elevator, private parking area or garage, ski storage (restaurant/cafe and laundry opening soon).

The holiday house was built in 1975 in Maen - Valtournenche Valle d'Aosta on a 30,000 sq.m. estate along the Marmore stream, where the ruins of an old power plant stood. The youth belonging to O.A.S.I. worked for two years consecutively and created what was to be used as a free summer holiday house for the needy children of Turin. During the years, with a labor of love, the O.A.S.I. of Maen has become a complex that can host the most diversified groups.
It is an open house that not only gives hospitality but above all promotes cultural exchange, knowledge, friendships, and self-verification.

La baita si trova in posizione isolata, a 4 km dal centro di Valtournenche, in loc. Champlève, con vista spettacolare sulla valle e sulle Grandes Murailles. Accesso diretto sulla pista di fondo e sentieri escursionistici.

All the apartments are equipped with independent heating and have a kitchen-cupboard (an electric hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave), complete with dishes and various accessories. Included in the price is linen for the bed (blankets, sheets, pillows) and for the bathroom (towels). Private car park and private ski-bus.
