The Crête Sèche refuge is dominated by the ridge of the same name, which it is called after, with its thread-like pinnacles and large ruined towers. This cosy refuge is also an ideal place for children, since it is surrounded by meadows and is not too far from the bottom of the valley. The refuge can only be reached on foot in about 2 hours walk from Ruz hamlet.
