Market of Aosta Valley agricultural products and food.
Each event includes a thematic focus and a show cooking made by Aosta Valley Chefs.
60 seats will be reserved to the public jury that will taste and evaluate the dishes and their pairings with the wines of Aosta Valley.
Taste and Tradition: Valle D’Aosta Lard d’Arnad DOP and Toma di Gressoney cheese
- 3pm – 7pm: market of the local products
- 5pm: Show Cooking with the Chef Giuseppe Cardullo and his staff of the Romantic Hotel Jolanda Sport of Gressoney-La-Trinité
Participation in the tastings, free of charge, upon reservation on site, will be limited and carried out in application of the anti Covid-19 provisions in force.
