La Cabane du Combal is a newly-built facility located in the upper Val Veny between Lake Combal and Lake Miage in an area accessible only to pedestrians.
The only buildings in the area are the Gonella Refuge (4 hours away) and the Elisabetta Refuge (1 hour away).
Seven rooms with three/four beds, each with a private bathroom, shower, toilet.
The rooms are equipped with sheets and towels.

From Courmayeur go up the Val Veny to the hamlet of Fréney (last pay car park) from there continue on foot to the Combal Lake bridge and, following the signs, 400 metres away is the Cabane du Combal.  
Val Veny is a restricted traffic zone and public parking spaces are limited and subject to a charge.

The nearest train station is Aosta
Regular bus service to Courmayeur (about 15 trips per day).
Regular bus service to Val Veny (approx. 12 trips per day - summer only).
